They have greatly enjoyed experiencing the different cultures and communities of a range of countries through exciting role-play activities and independent fact-finding missions using the I-pads and wide-range of non-fiction books in our library.

We had a special visitor in to show us all sorts of artefacts from Victorian seaside holidays as a part of our history topic. We explored lots of different objects - like a penny lick - and even got to dress-up! These activities really helped us to understand how seaside holidays have changed over time.
