Teaching Vacancy

Part-time 3.5 days/week

Dynamic Teacher required from September 2020

The Federation of Wildground Infant and Junior Schools are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, caring and enthusiastic teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive schools.   The post is part-time, 3.5 days a week – Monday to Thursday lunchtime and class based.   Applications from NQTs will be considered. This is fixed term until 31 August 2021.

 

We are looking for a teacher:

  • Able to challenge and motivate staff and pupils
  • Committed to accelerating pupil progress for all children
  • Able to be part of a successful team and continue to improve standards and drive progress
  • Use assessment as a tool for improvement
  • Able to develop and maintain a culture of high expectations for yourself and others
  • Is flexible and has a sense of humour

At Wildground we believe we ‘Learn and succeed together for the journey ahead’. We are now an established federation with the Infant School being judged by OFSTED as good overall and outstanding in Leadership and Management, Behaviour and Welfare and Early Years.  The Junior School is judged good in all areas.  We are keen to find the right candidate to help us continue along the federation journey.

Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant

Wildground Infant & Junior School Federation is looking for a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, to join our small friendly team initially at the infant school.  The positions start as soon as possible.  This is a fixed term post until 31 August 2020.

 

The hours are Monday – Friday, 12.00 – 1.30pm

Pay: £9.00 per hour

 

We are looking for someone who is calm and caring with a ‘common sense’ approach and a pleasant approachable manner.

 

Lunchtime duties involve:

 

  • supervising children in the hall,
  • ensuring that children play safely,
  • ensuring children’s wellbeing over lunchtime,
