Debbie has been a governor of Wildground Federation since 2013 and became Chair of Governors in 2018.  She has witnessed the journey the schools have been on since federating and has been an active governor on the last three Ofsted inspections.  Debbie is an involved member of the team, taking on many roles to aid and support the strategic direction of the Federation and the development of the governing body.  Debbie's child has now left Wildground Federation but she is still keen to challenge and support the Federation in maintaining high standards of progression and attainment without losing the wonderful teacher/pupil relationships that are evident across the schools.  Debbie started working in the Learning & Development industry as an IT Training Manager and Trainer Assessor in 1996. She left in 2007 to set up as a Freelance IT Trainer & Consultant. Debbie spent a couple of years working with the LPI (Learning & Performance Institute) as an Accreditation Consultant. Debbie is now Chief Smartsheet Solutions Officer working in Cloud based IT.
