What is Forest School?

Forest School is a unique educational experience that offers all children the opportunity to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland environment.  Our children will be given the opportunity to engage in motivating and achievable tasks and activities throughout the year and in almost all weathers.  They will work with tools, play and learn boundaries of behaviour in a natural setting.  Such activities have shown to help children improve their social skills, grow in confidence, improve self-esteem and be motivated to learn whilst developing an understanding of the natural world.
